• Technical & Usage Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and diagnostic data when you access the platform to ensure server security and optimize user experience.

3. How We Route and Process Artificial Intelligence Data

This is a critical function of our platform: To generate ultra-realistic AI voices, the text affirmations you input must be transmitted to third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (such as ElevenLabs).

• By using our service, you explicitly consent to your text inputs being sent to these third-party services exclusively for the purpose of audio rendering.
• We classify your inputs strictly as "Text-to-Speech Processing Data." We do not classify, process, or store your affirmations as health, medical, or psychological data.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect solely to:

• Generate, render, and store your custom audio files so you can access them via your dashboard.
• Process secure payments and manage your subscription state.
• Provide customer support and send critical account updates.
• Maintain server security and prevent fraudulent API usage.

We do not sell your personal data, audio files, or affirmation scripts to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your generated audio tracks and scripts are stored on secure cloud databases (e.g., Supabase) so you can access your listening history.

• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your audio files.
• We reserve the right to periodically delete abandoned accounts or older generated audio files that consume excessive server resources, without prior notice.
• If you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, you may contact our support team.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use standard cookies and tracking technologies to ensure our website functions correctly, to keep you logged in securely, and to analyze generic user traffic patterns so we can improve our platform's performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may prevent our dashboard from functioning.

Your data may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside of your state, province, or country where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By utilizing our service, you consent to the transfer of your data to our secure servers and API partners.
