1. User Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Our psychological and audio tools are designed for adult use. By creating an account and utilizing InnerBloom, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from or allow the use of our service by minors. If we discover an account belongs to a minor without verifiable parental consent, the account and all associated data will be immediately terminated.

2. The Nature of Our Service

InnerBloom ("the Company", "we", "us") provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to generate customized audio files ("Subliminals"). By utilizing our service, you agree that you are paying exclusively for the technological generation, rendering, and delivery of customized audio files, and the server resources required to create them. You are not paying for a guaranteed physical, mental, or material outcome.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

Our platform relies on third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (such as ElevenLabs) to generate voice renditions. To protect our platform and comply with third-party service agreements, you agree not to input scripts or affirmations that contain:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory language.
  • Violent threats, self-harm instructions, or illegal activities.
  • Explicitly sexually obscene material.
  • Attempts to deepfake or impersonate real, living individuals without their consent.

Violating this acceptable use policy will result in the immediate, non-refundable termination of your account and permanent banning from the InnerBloom platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

The Company grants you a license to use the final audio files based strictly on your active subscription tier:

  • Free and Bloom Plans: Audio files generated under these tiers are granted exclusively for Personal, Non-Commercial Use. You may not monetize, distribute for profit, or upload these files to public platforms (such as YouTube or Spotify) for revenue generation.
  • Manifest Plan: Users subscribed to the Manifest Plan are granted Commercial Usage Rights for the audio files generated while the subscription is active. You may distribute, monetize, and utilize these specific files publicly.

You retain ownership of the written scripts/affirmations you input into the system. The Company retains ownership of the underlying software, AI pipeline, background music, and proprietary voices used to render the audio.

5. Definition of Subliminals & Disclaimer of Results

Within the context of our platform and the broader subliminal community, "Subliminals" are defined as audio tracks designed with the intention to deliver affirmations to the subconscious.

While many users report profound personal transformations, the Company makes no objective, scientific, or medical guarantees regarding the efficacy of these audio files. The results are entirely subjective and depend on personal belief systems. We do not claim, guarantee, or promise that using our audio files will result in:

  • Physical body modifications (including changes in eye color, bone structure, height, or weight).
  • Specific material or financial manifestations.
  • Specific psychological or behavioral changes in yourself or third parties.

6. Clarification of Marketing Language

Throughout the InnerBloom website, you may encounter phrases such as "Reprogram your subconscious effortlessly," "Bring your dream into reality," or similar empowering statements. You understand and agree that this language is intended strictly as inspirational, motivational, and spiritual marketing copy. It does not constitute a legally binding promise, a scientific claim, or a medical guarantee of efficacy.

7. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

InnerBloom is designed strictly for exploratory self-help, spiritual practice, and entertainment. Our software is not a medical device. Audio files generated by our platform should never be used as a replacement for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing mental health or psychological issues, you must consult a licensed healthcare professional.

8. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Because InnerBloom expends irreversible server and AI rendering costs the moment you generate a custom audio file, all payments for subscriptions are final. We charge for the allocation of server resources required to render the audio, regardless of your personal satisfaction with the subjective outcomes of listening to the final product. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

9. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve any disputes arising out of your use of InnerBloom strictly through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court. You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms that is exempt from arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Katni, Madhya Pradesh, India.
